Underground Flavour Group is all about experimental dining. Our Culinary Collective (est 2019) is where luxurious, intimate themed events feature a variety of cuisines and menus curated by some of the top emerging chefs in Ontario, Canada. UFG gives our chefs a blank canvas to go above and beyond, pushing past culinary comfort zones to create unforgettable experiences. Uniting our strengths by showcasing our beautiful provinces' culinary communities.
We hope to evolve this strong bond between Ontario and this culinary revolution, through the launch of our Pop-Up Lounge (est late 2020). With the lounge being the first of its kind, it is truly a hub for good food, drinks, and atmosphere. Within our 3 month launch, we showcased over 20+ chefs & brands, and sold over 3200+ items. UFG has recently been nominated for 4 community awards and featured on CTV Kitchener, the Waterloo Chronicle, the Waterloo Record, the Toronto Sun, the National News, at University of Waterloo, at Liaison College, and the Waterloo Museum.
At UFG, we believe that great creativity and success comes from an opportunity to showcase their skills, and be challenged in new ways.
