Introducing Chef Sai Phounsavath of Underground Flavour Group. Chef Sai was born in Thailand but comes from Laos descent. Naturally, South East Asian cuisine is his repoitoire. Chef Sai uses his cooking as a way to express himself and his main passion is studying, cooking, learning, sharing and understanding his food.
Chef Sai specializes in Laotian, Vietnemese & South East Asian cuisine and offeres his food through the Waterloo Region. Chef Sai has been passionately cooking his food for 25 years and claims that "while kids were playing with trucks, i was making curry with my mom".
