Alright ya'll, let's talk about Industry Night!  Industry Night was our first ever event we threw on April 25th, 2019. Our Industry Night series is special to us. It is a non profit charity event that unites some of our regions top chefs to come together, collaborate and cook for a great cause!

Traditionally, Industry Night would donate to only 1 featured charity. This year, we decide to do 4. This year we scouted Chef Navita Reedhi of Tapestry Hall, Chef Denis Hernandez of Swine and Vine, Chef Tara Sdraulig of Tavola di Terra & Chef Kyle Rennie of King Street Trio Uptown.

4 incredibly talented chefs shaping the future of the culinary talent here in the Waterloo Region. We gave each chef our platform to design their own dish and choose a charity that means something to them. Proceeds from each dish will go to the specified charity. 

The industry will never be perfect but together we can work towards a greater more collaborative future.

Our Industry Night charity fundraiser will be held on April 25th, 2021 (our 2nd birthday) at The UFG Pop-Up Lounge! 305 King St W, Suite 102, Kitchener.

From 5-10pm for take out & delivery!
